Do you assist with both US entity and Indian entity formation?

We currently only support US entity formation and compliance. Inkle Incorporate offers a lifetime package covering all essential US startup documents—including:

• Initial documents: Certificate of Incorporation, bylaws, board consents, appointment of directors & officers, and EIN application.
• Founder documents: Issuance of founder stock, Confidential Information and Invention Assignment (CIIA), and 83(b) election filing.

However, we do not handle Indian entity formation (LLP or Private Limited) or compliance in India. For that, we recommend working with a local Chartered Accountant (CA) who can guide you through Indian legal and tax requirements.
