Giving bank access to Team Inkle as bookkeeper

For Brex

  1. Under Team, click Invite user.
  2. Click on Invite an Accounting Firm and search for Inkle.
  3. After clicking Send invite, we will receive an email invitation.

For Mercury

  1. Click the “Team” tab in your Settings page (https://app.mercury.com/settings/team)
  2. Click the “Invite” button
  3. Enter the name as Inkle Support - support@inkle.io and select the bookkeeper role

For Chase

  1. Click on "Account Management" and then "Access & Security Manager".
  2. Enter Inkle Support as the first and last name and enter support@inkle.io as the email.
  3. For Username, enter inkle<your_company_name>123 and set a temporary password.
  4. Once the invite has been sent, continue by selecting the "Access level" as "see activity only".
  5. Select "See statements and Documents" from the General Services.
  6. Let the Inkle Team know the username and temporary password on Inkle Chat or on support@inkle.io

For SVB

  1. Click on "Admin" on the left menu of your SVB dashboard.
  2. Click on "Add User" and enter Inkle Support - support@inkle.io and add phone +1 (256) 403-0863.
  3. Please do not select the "Primary Contact" checkbox.
  4. Please add the username as "inklesupport".
  5. Select User Role as "View Only" and click on "Submit".

For Stripe

  1. On the Dashboard, click on the gear icon in the upper-right-hand corner > under Business Settings, Teams & Security click on Team Settings.
  2. Click + New Member in the top right.
  3. Enter the following email address: support@inkle.io
  4. Choose the appropriate role (View Only) to set permissions.
  5. Click Invite to send the invitation email.

For Gusto

  1. Log in to Gusto as the primary admin.
  2. Go to Settings > Permissions.
  3. In the Gusto Admins card, click Add or Edit admins.
  4. Click Add new admin.
  5. Select Not an employee for employment status and Accountant under "Who are they?".
  6. Choose Accounting/Bookkeeping for "What will they help you with?".
  7. Enter support@inkle.io as the email and Inkle Support as the name.
  8. Click Add Admin.

For Rippling

  1. Log in to Rippling and go to Company Settings.
  2. Click on the Admins tab.
  3. Select Add an Administrator.
  4. Choose Add an external third party and select Accountant as the admin type.
  5. Enter Inkle Support as the name and support@inkle.io for the email.
  6. We will receive an invitation to complete the connection.

For ARC

  1. Log in to My ARC Portal
  2. Go to User Management or account settings.
  3. Click Add User or Invite User.
  4. Enter Inkle Support as the name and support@inkle.io for email.
  5. Assign the appropriate permissions ("Read-Only").
  6. Confirm the changes, and the accountant will receive an invitation.

For Deel

  1. Go to Organization Settings > Access Management.
  2. Select the Admins tab.
  3. Click Invite Admin to add or edit an admin.
  4. Choose a role (e.g., bookkeeper).
  5. Enter Inkle Support as the name and support@inkle.io for email.

For JustWorks

  1. Login to JustWorks
  2. Navigate to the people section available on the left sidebar
  3. Click on Third party Admins > Click on “Add firm”
  4. Enter Inkle Support as the name and support@inkle.io for email and click on continue.
  5. Set the permissions > Share the invite

For RHO

  1. Go to User Management > Find Users
  2. Select the Invite Users option
  3. Enter Inkle Support as the name and support@inkle.io for email & assign role to the user (user group - Book-keeper).
  4. Click on Invite User to share the invitation.

For AMEX

  1. Login & Access - Account services
  2. Click Add or Remove account manager
  3. Click Add account manager > Click on Continue
  4. Send yourself a code to submit the change > click continue
  5. Enter OTP & Click Continue
  6. Select the card you want to provide access to & Click Continue
  7. Enter Inkle Support as the name and support@inkle.io for email > Click Continue > Limited Access > Click Continue
  8. Check the necessary boxes > Click Submit >Click Done
