Giving bank access to Team Inkle as bookkeeper
Adding [email protected] as a bookkeeper to your bank accounts via online banking:
For Brex
Steps to Add [email protected] as a bookkeeper to your Brex account via online banking.
- Under Team, click Invite user.
- Enter the name as Inkle Support - [email protected] and select the bookkeeper role.
- After clicking Send invite, we will receive an email invitation.
Example: For a company Acme, Inc please send an invite to [email protected].
For Mercury
Steps to Add [email protected] as a bookkeeper to your Mercury account via online banking.
- Click the “Team” tab in your Settings page (https://app.mercury.com/settings/team)
- Click the “Invite” button
- Enter the name as Inkle Support - [email protected] and select the bookkeeper role
For Chase
Steps to Add [email protected] as an Accountant/Bookkeeper to your Chase account via online banking.
- Click on "Account Management" and then "Access & Security Manager".
- Enter Inkle Support as the first and last name and enter [email protected] as the email.
- For Username, enter inkle<your_company_name>123 and set a temporary password.
- Once the invite has been sent, continue by selecting the "Access level" as "see activity only".
- Select "See statements and Documents" from the General Services.
- Let the Inkle Team know the username and temporary password on Inkle Chat or on [email protected]
For Wise
- Click on "Manage" and then on "Team".
- Click on "Add Team Member" and enter Inkle Support- [email protected] and select the "Viewer" role.
For SVB
- Click on "Admin" on the left menu of your SVB dashboard.
- Click on "Add User" and enter Inkle Support - [email protected] and add phone +1 (256) 403-0863.
- Please do not select the "Primary Contact" checkbox.
- Select User Role as "View Only" and click on "Submit".
