Deadline

The original deadline to file Form BE-10 was May 30, 2025. However, the BEA has extended the deadline to August 31, 2025 for this benchmark year. Late filings can lead to penalties, so it’s important to act early.

Penalty

Failure to file the BE-10 can result in civil penalties of
$2,500 to $25,000 per violation. Wilful non-compliance
may lead to criminal fines up to $10,000 and even imprisonment
for responsible individuals.
